Former president Donald Trump was not the only person criminally charged in the Atlanta area for his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. Eighteen of his close allies and supporters were also indicted in a sprawling anti-racketeering case. The defendants in August surrendered for processing, which included having their fingerprints and mug shots taken. In the weeks and months afterward, some defendants accepted plea deals.
