Britain’s King Charles III has been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate, a condition that is usually benign and affects many men as they age. It can be treated with lifestyle changes, medications or surgery.

Buckingham Palace said Wednesday that the king, 75, has a benign condition and will undergo a “corrective procedure” but didn’t offer more details.
